SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Horizon3, the AI-Native Proactive Security Company, today announced that it has earned Cyber Essentials Plus certification covering its NodeZero AWS EU network. The network supports Horizon3’s EU data sovereignty site in Germany.
Organizations use NodeZero® to test production environments and find weaknesses attackers can exploit. When customers and partners assess the platform itself, they also need to understand the security standards applied to its supporting infrastructure. The Cyber Essentials certificate identifies a defined portion of that infrastructure and the baseline against which it was assessed.
Developed by the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre, Cyber Essentials addresses five foundational controls: firewalls, secure configuration, security updates, user access control, and malware protection. Certification is based on an organizational self-assessment reviewed by an assessor.

Horizon3’s EU site is a distinct NodeZero deployment in Germany. Through NodeZero, customers can autonomously test their environments, see how weaknesses combine into attack paths, prioritize fixes based on demonstrated impact, and verify that remediation worked. The certification adds information about the security baseline of the AWS EU network supporting that service.
The certificate was issued to Horizon3.ai, Inc. on September 22, 2026, and is valid through September 22, 2027. Its partial-organization scope includes the NodeZero AWS EU network and employee home networks. Other NodeZero deployments and customer-deployed NodeZero Host nodes are outside its scope.
